After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Robert clerked for the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, then the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Passaic County. That experience gave him something law school cannot teach – a firsthand understanding of how cases are evaluated, how judges think, and what separates cases that settle fairly from those that don’t.

Over the course of his career, RC has recovered millions of dollars for clients injured in motor vehicle and trucking accidents, workplace incidents, slip and fall cases, dog bite attacks, and wrongful death matters. Representative recoveries include a $5.9M verdict for an injured construction worker, $4.4M settlement for a commerical truck accident, a $2.3M settlement for a motor vehicle crash, a $1.3M settlement for a client rear-ended in a motor vehicle crash, a $800K recovery for a client who suffered brain and spine injuries in a trucking collision, and a $750K settlement for a client who required cervical spine fusion surgery after a highway crash.
