Peter Heck supervises the ERISA practice portion of Barber Law’s litigation team. He has more than 20 years of experience litigating ERISA-governed claims as well as adverse benefit determinations under individual life, health, and disability insurance policies. Mr. Heck litigates in both state and federal courts and has argued cases before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
